When we think about carrying our cross, we often think of the personal suffering, perseverance, and sacrifice. While those are certainly part of our discipleship journey, Paul shows us in Philippians 2 that the cross is also deeply connected to how we live with each other. The cross not only reconciles us to God but it reshapes our relationships with God's people.

As we dive into Matthew 16:45-26, we will wrestle with these questions— what does it mean to really follow Jesus & what does it look like to carry the cross in our daily lives?

In this message, we are going to be diving into Galatians 2:20 to uncover what it means to die to self daily.

Most of us, if we are honest, gravitate toward what feels safe, predictable, and comfortable. We like routines were can control, relationships that don’t cost us too much, and a faith that fits neatly into our lives. In this message, our passage found in Luke 9:57-62 finds Jesus confronting three would-be followers and He uncovers the tendency we have to follow Him only as far as our comfort zones will allow.
